Delivery Time

• For orders Inside Dhaka: Delivery will take 48 – 72 hours after the order is placed.
• For orders Outside Dhaka: Delivery will take 72 – 96 hours after the order is placed.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you decide not to accept the product, you must return it while the delivery rider is still present. Please make sure to inspect the product carefully before the rider leaves. If you choose not to accept the product, you must pay for the delivery charge.

Once the delivery rider departs, we will not be able to accept any return requests, so it is essential to make your decision while the rider is with you. No additional time will be provided for returns after the rider leaves.

Exchange Policy

If the product you received has a size issue, we offer an exchange option. You have a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. If you find that the size is not suitable, please contact us within this period, and we will arrange an exchange for the correct size.

After 3 days, we will no longer be able to process any exchange requests. So, kindly ensure that any exchange requests are made within the given time frame.
